Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives?
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join our caring and inclusive team. This role is essential in supporting pupils who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, helping them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children in managing their behaviour and developing positive relationships.

Work one-to-one and in small groups to deliver targeted interventions.

Support class teachers and staff in creating inclusive learning environments.

Help implement individual behaviour plans and monitor progress.

Build trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing school ethos.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children with behavioural needs (in a school or similar setting).

Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience.

Is confident managing challenging behaviour in a calm and constructive manner.

Works well as part of a team and independently.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
