Zachary Daniels Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a fast-growing, design-led fashion and lifestyle brand based in Trafford. Following exceptional ecommerce and retail growth, we are now looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead brand-building and performance marketing strategies across all channels.

This is a high-impact, full-time opportunity for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, in-house environment. The brand is known for its bold identity, creative culture, and ambitious growth trajectory, with a turnover of approximately £12 million and a team of around 50-100 people. The successful Marketing Manager will work alongside product, creative, and ecommerce functions to continue driving customer engagement, brand loyalty, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that supports brand development and commercial objectives

Lead all digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer campaigns, and email marketing

Manage the execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations across all customer touchpoints

Work closely with creative and graphic design teams to ensure visual consistency and strong brand storytelling

Deliver CRM and customer journey improvements to increase acquisition and retention

Analyse marketing performance across channels and report on KPIs, budgets, and ROI

Contribute to wider business growth through strategic marketing planning and competitive insight

Guide and support a growing in-house marketing team with clarity, collaboration, and creativity

What We're Looking For in a Marketing Manager

Experience in a marketing management role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands

Strong knowledge of digital performance marketing with a hands-on approach

A natural communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Confident in using data to shape decisions and drive measurable results

Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
