Electrician
Location: Bracknell

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Rate: £27 per hour

Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to carry out electrical works across housing stock in the Bracknell area. The role involves completing repairs, installations, servicing, and inspection & testing to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake electrical repairs, installations, servicing, and inspection & testing
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Complete works within set timeframes and priorities
Aim for first-time fixes wherever possible
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Deliver a high level of customer service when working in occupied propertiesRequirements
Qualified Electrician with relevant experience, ideally within social housing
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
Acceptable qualifications include:
City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2
City & Guilds 2351 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3
Or approved equivalentAdditional Information
Experience working within social housing is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
