Job Brief: Solution Architect - Financials and HR D365

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics 365 Financials and HR modules to join a dynamic Data Migration company. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a business that partners with leading Utilities providers, offering contract resources to big energy companies. The organization is backed by venture capital and has undergone significant growth, acquiring around 10 businesses per year since undergoing a change in ownership two years ago.

Role Overview

* Position: Solution Architect

* Focus Areas: Financials and HR modules within D365, with emphasis on HR module changes.

* Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in related roles.

* Duration: Ongoing, though flexibility may be required to work across multiple contracts. This may not be a full-time role.

* Rate: Approximately £500 per day.

* Remote role with no requirement for in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver comprehensive solutions for Financials and HR processes within the D365 ecosystem.

* Support Finance and Operations, Customer Services (CRM), and other modules as needed.

* Collaborate on testing efforts, manage change requests, and contribute to training programs for team members and stakeholders.

* Work across dynamic projects for clients undergoing significant transitions due to acquisitions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

* Proven ability to handle change management processes efficiently within HR modules.

* Expertise in testing and training, aligning with organizational goals and compliance needs.

* Prior experience with organizations involved in acquisitions and handling related intricacies is a strong plus.
