Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to take the next step in your education career? Do you want to work in a supportive primary school where your skills will be truly valued?
The Education Network  are seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with both teachers and pupils to deliver high-quality support across schools

🧠 Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the planning and delivery of learning activities
Providing one-to-one and small group interventions
Assisting in the assessment of pupil progress
Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1, or KS2✅ We're Looking For:
A qualified HLTA (or experienced TA with relevant training and experience)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confidence to lead classes when required
A flexible, proactive, and nurturing approach
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)🎁 What We Offer:
