Senior Finance Business Partner needed for a fast growth technology company in Berkshire! £80,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus and Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a fast growth technology company in Berkshire who deliver cutting-edge software solutions. You will report directly to the CFO, and you will take ownership of all revenue recognition processes responsibilities along with sharing knowledge of IRFS15, creating a robust forecasting process and driving best practice around deal creation and discounting. You will be involved in multiple projects with non-finance professionals including Sales, Legal and Programme Managers, all driving towards a common goal. You will also be providing guidance and advice on financial implications as well as working on process improvements and controls to make sure that all financial processes are efficient and accurate. To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong business partnering and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence across all areas of the business and communicate with non-finance professionals. Experience in revenue accounting in an international business, including working knowledge of IFRS15. Demonstrable experience in project management accounting. Strong analysis skills, with previous experience using SalesForce. A little more information about the role: Lead and report on the annual business plan to the leadership team. Full responsibility for the accounting of recurring revenue streams along with annual forecasts, budgets and KPIs. Interacts with stakeholders from within and outside of the Accounting organisation. Oversee the Project Managers and their deliverables, making sure that all projects are following process and are accurately tracking. Lead accounting projects to ensure compliance and adherence with controls for internal policies and external regulations. Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies.
