Are you a Recruitment Administrator or Consultant with experience in Accountancy recruitment looking for a role for a fast growing Accountancy Practice based in the West End?
Our client are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team in a newly formed role which has come about from the recent rapid growth of the firm. The role will involve working with the Recruitment Manager, Partners and Managers to discern recruitment needs and then liaise with agencies to source the candidates.
You will be responsible for:
- screening CVs
- writing and updating job descriptions
- corresponding with candidates or agencies throughout the entire process
- improving efficiency and costs
The successful candidate for his role will:
- Have experience in Accountancy recruitment (preferably internal but agencies will be considered)
- Have excellent communication skills
