Our Client offers a range of vocational and management/professional programmes, including commercial and apprenticeship programmes, to learners aged 16+. We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to teach across a variety of Business courses, focusing on BTEC programmes Level 1 to Level 3 and Access to HE, including Marketing and Finance units.
Day-to-day of the role: - Teach and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of Business courses, primarily focusing on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3 and Access to HE.
- Engage and motivate learners, particularly young learners aged 16-18, through effective teaching practices and a passion for the subject matter.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
- Participate in the continuous assessment and feedback process to monitor student progress.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - A degree in Business or a related area.
- Some teaching or training experience, preferably in Further Education.
- A strong passion for Business and education, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to education.
