  • Assist with stock control, prep, and minimising waste
  • Support events, group bookings, and themed nights
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Experience working with fresh food in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Full-time hours (40–45 hours per week) with only three evening services
  • Staff meals on shift and staff discounts
  • Opportunity to work with one of Yorkshire’s most respected brewery brands
  • Be part of the Great British Drinks Company, joining a family of iconic British drinks brands
