A leading industrial engineering company is seeking a skilled and motivated Panel Wireperson to join their team at Prospect House. With a workforce of over 4,500 employees across 14 strategic locations, the company is renowned for delivering excellence in engineering and maintenance services, consistently upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform wiring, mechanical assembly, and component fitting within electrical control cabinets and systems.
Read and interpret circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and mechanical drawings with accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with the engineering team to ensure seamless project execution.
Work independently or as part of a multi-skilled team to meet project goals.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S, and contribute to the achievement of KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in panel wiring and electrical system assembly.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and schematics.
A proactive team player with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with 5S/Lean manufacturing methodologies is advantageous.
