Order Office / Admin role.
 
This role will be based within the order office team, compiling orders and data to be inputted in the system.

Pay Rate
AM rate - £10.21.
Days of work will range from Monday-Sunday each week. - 5 days out of 7
Notice will be given for changes within your rota.
 
Hours of work:
8 Hour shifts on a Rota - Will need to flex between 6:00-18:00.

KEY SKILLS:

Microsoft Office - In particular Outlook and Excel.
Telephone Skills
General PC Literacy
Clear Communication Skills - written and oral.
Ideally Experienced in Admin duties.
Attention to detail.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working within an order office environment.
General PC based administrative duties.
Inputting orders and order updates.
Spreadsheet creation and maintenance.
Investigation of Discrepancies and claims.
Liaison with Stores.
Decision making within framework.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force.
Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager. 
PERSONAL CONDUCT:

Maintain good attendance and time keeping.
Maintain a good standard of housekeeping
Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation when covering other duties outside of your usual job role
