We are partnering with a leading Finance & HR specialist recruitment agency based in Hertfordshire. The business has secured multiple global, retained partnerships, resulting in a significant and sustained pipeline of high-value roles across the UK, EMEA, and North America.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Researcher / Delivery Consultant to join their team and support delivery across these key accounts.

The Role

This is a delivery-focused position, working closely with senior stakeholders to source and place high-calibre candidates across Finance and HR markets. You will play a key role in managing retained assignments and ensuring successful delivery on global mandates.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver on retained search assignments across Finance and HR markets

* Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates

* Manage candidate processes from initial outreach through to placement

* Collaborate with internal consultants and account managers

* Build strong talent pipelines across international markets

What's on Offer

* £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)

* Uncapped monthly commission (up to 30%)

* Additional quarterly bonus incentives

About You

* Experience in recruitment, ideally within a white-collar or permanent market

* Strong delivery or research background

* Proven ability to manage candidate processes effectively

* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
