Credit Controller
Felixstowe (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established business based in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a high-volume ledger of approximately 200 customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a large sales ledger of around 200 customer accounts
Proactively chase outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence
Allocate incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve customer queries and disputes efficiently to ensure prompt payment
Produce aged debt reports and provide regular updates to management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support cash collectionRequirements:

Previous experience in a Credit Control role is essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
