A fantastic opportunity to a large Engineering Maintenance Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work on a large site in the central London area. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £35,000 per annum working Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Carry out general building fabric repairs and maintenance

* Minor carpentry, painting, plastering, and patch repairs

* Door and lock adjustments, tile replacements, and making good

* Support the wider maintenance team as required

* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

* Complete job sheets and site reports as necessary

Candidate requirements;

* Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs

* Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.

* Essential to have excellent client facing skills

* Must be able to pass a DBS check!
