Encore are recruiting for a Bicycle Warranty Adivsor working in a major online sports retailer in Wolverhampton (WV14)
 
Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 07:30 - 15:30
 
Rates of Pay
 
Basic Pay - £ 10.84 p/hr
Overtime Pay - £14.09 p/hr
 
Your time at work

You will handle customer Bike Warranty enquiries and claims, plus associated tasks as designated by the line manager within the Warranty team. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Working to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
Communicating directly with customers using the eGain system to ensure that they are kept up to date with progress
 Manage open cases to ensure that they are resolved in-line with targets
 Unpacking customer returns and assessing the bike or component against the information in the Warranty Claim Form
Updating the Warranty Tracker as cases arrive and progress
 Liaising with suppliers by email to arrange credit, repair or spare parts
 Adhering to all company rules on Health & Safety

Who are we looking for?

Working in a Bike Building or Bike Maintenance environment
Customer Service and Bike technical knowledge
Warehousing experience advantageous 
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
Working in a fast-paced role
Working in a target driven situation 
Experience with Warehouse Management systems 
Awareness of H&S in a similar environment
