BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) - Manchester (Hybrid) - up to £45k

They have built an excellent reputation across the UK, particularly within the healthcare sector, where they consistently deliver complex, high-quality projects. They are looking to recruit a currently looking to a BIM / Revit Technician to support a strong team of 40+ MEP engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce and develop coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit

* Work closely with engineers to deliver detailed design drawings

* Assist with clash detection and model coordination across disciplines

* Maintain BIM standards and project documentation

* Support project delivery from concept through to construction

Requirements:

* Experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment (3y min)

* Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes

* Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team

* Good communication and attention to detail
