Meraki Talent is delighted to be supporting a global financial services organisation in the appointment of a Senior Agile Project Manager (Platforms). This is a key role within a major transformation programme focused on modernizing the organization's platform ecosystem.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing complex delivery workstreams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, driving forward technical change while engaging closely with senior business and technology stakeholders. The primary objective is to consolidate diverse global operations—each currently using different systems—into a unified, streamlined platform to enhance efficiency and visibility. This is an ideal role for a seasoned delivery leader with a background in agile transformation, platform architecture, and enterprise-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Agile Project Manager (Platforms)

• Lead the delivery of core platform transformation projects, ensuring agile teams are aligned to business outcomes, timelines, and technical objectives.
• Engage with senior leadership to understand strategic priorities and translate them into delivery roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and change across multiple squads, ensuring continuous progress and transparency.
• Establish clear governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics to track and support delivery success.
• Create an environment of continuous improvement by coaching teams, embedding agile principles, and promoting open collaboration across departments.

Experience of the of the Senior Agile Project Manager (Platforms)

• Proven experience as a senior project manager delivering large-scale technology or platform change
• Experience within agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).
• Strong understanding of modern enterprise platforms and associated delivery models
• Skilled in stakeholder management and confident working with senior leaders across business and IT
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
