Customer Service Specialist

QUAD is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an organization in King of Prussia, PA. Full time hours Monday thru Friday onsite with occasional opportunities to work remotely.

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to company members, brokers, and providers.

Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a service, healthcare or retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation

Additional Details:

Assignment: Temp to Perm

Salary Range: $16 per hour

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding organizational products and services
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Manage email and telephone requests for medical assistance services
  • Schedule outpatient doctor appointments and arrange inpatient admission for customers
  • Ensuring quality metrics, queue performance, and other departmental metrics
  • Documenting and updating customer contacts and files in system
  • Communicating workload status and any issues with supervisor
