This role combines business development, client relationship management, and consultative sales, offering a clear pathway to becoming a well-rounded recruitment expert.

What You'll Need

Excellent communication, resilience, and sales skills
Previous experience in a sales-focused or customer facing role
Confidence in working towards challenging targets and deadlines
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
