Description

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communication.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Provide regular updates on outstanding debts to the finance team.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to credit control.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Experience in credit control or a similar role.
• Experience within the FMCG industry.

Job Offer
