About My Client

My client is a well-established, independent estate agency with a strong presence across Surrey. Known for their premium service and consistent brand, they have built an excellent reputation within their local markets.
Due to continued investment in their digital presence and brand visibility, they are now seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join their central marketing team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, content-led role focused on managing and growing the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
You will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering engaging content, working closely with local offices to ensure output is consistent, relevant and aligned with the wider brand.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

Creating engaging content including video, reels, graphics and written posts

Planning and maintaining a structured content calendar

Filming and editing short-form video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe

Monitoring performance and optimising content based on engagement and analytics

Supporting local offices with content ideas and social media best practice

Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, design and videography

Supporting paid social campaigns and boosting posts
This role would suit someone creative, proactive and confident producing content within a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

What You'll Need

Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand

Strong content creation skills, including video and editing

Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Suite

Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ideas

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
