Fabric Supervisor (Mobile Role)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of luxury, high-end residential properties in Surrey.

This is a mobile position offering a hands-on leadership role, combining team supervision with high-quality property maintenance delivery in premium environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and allocate work to the in-house maintenance team, ensuring high standards and timely completion

* Coordinate with subcontractors to deliver a structured planned maintenance programme across all properties

* Liaise with internal departments to plan and oversee maintenance works

* Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day operational queries

* Keep the Maintenance & Installations Manager updated on progress and issues

* Approve and manage orders for materials, parts, and external services

* Maintain stock levels and ensure availability of critical spare parts

* Carry out and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

* Respond to emergency situations and provide hands-on support when required

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety policies and procedures

* Participate in on-call / standby rota and provide team cover when needed

Skills & Experience Required

* Extensive experience in building/fabric maintenance within residential or high-end environments

* Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance standards

* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role

* Excellent organisational and planning skills

* Ability to produce clear reports and manage maintenance schedules

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Full, clean UK driving licence
