Engineering Manager - Preston

Salary up to £60k

Exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join an FMCG manufacturing site in Preston. You'll lead a small, hands-on engineering team, reporting directly to key stakeholders, and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the engineering team
Perform emergency repairs to minimise downtime
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
Oversee PPM schedules and ensure full documentation/SOP compliance
Support and drive CAPEX projectsRequirements:

Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment or similar
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
