We're working with a highly respected accountancy firm expanding into Edinburgh. With only a small number of basic existing accounts, they're now seeking a commercially minded Senior Accountant to establish and grow the Scottish office, with a clear route to future partnership for the right candidate.

The Opportunity:

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new client relationships and growing a local portfolio

Delivering hands-on accounting, tax, and advisory services

*

Representing the firm locally, acting as the senior point of contact

*

Liaising with the wider practice team and support functions in England

*

Shaping operational and strategic decisions in the Edinburgh office

*

Working towards future equity or partnership based on performance and growth

You Will Bring:

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification

*

Solid practice experience across accounting, tax, and advisory

*

Confidence in business development and client acquisition

*

Strong relationship management and communication skills

*

Entrepreneurial drive and a hands-on approach

Ambition for long-term leadership and ownership
