The role: HLTA

As a HLTA you will be responsible of leading the class, supporting teachers with planning and observations, providing additional support to pupils who need it. You will create a positive learning environment which pupils feels safe and kept always engaged. You must have Level 4 HLTA qualification, at least one years' experience covering classes in a mainstream setting and enhanced DBS on the update service.
