IFA Administrator
Location: Burnley
Salary: Up to £30,000
An established financial planning practice is seeking a IFA Administrator to join its busy team in Burnley. This role is key to ensuring existing clients receive an outstanding level of service, while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
This opportunity would suit an organised and client-focused administrator with experience in financial services or a professional services environment.
Role Overview
As Client Servicing Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and client servicing support, managing the end-to-end client review process and working closely with advisers and external providers to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
" Manage the end-to-end client review process
" Book client review meetings within required timescales
" Prepare accurate and compliant review packs for client meetings
" Prepare and check outgoing correspondence and reports, including confidential information
" Deliver a consistently high standard of internal and external client care
" Provide administrative support to advisers, including meeting packs, business submissions and client requests
" Complete pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up, updating client records accurately on Salesforce CRM
" Answer incoming calls, dealing professionally with clients, providers and third parties
" Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office
" Liaise extensively with administration centres to progress transactions within agreed deadlines
" Produce templated client letters and reports
Skills, Experience & Knowledge
Essential
" Previous experience in an office-based support or administration role
" Strong written and verbal communication skills
" Excellent client service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
" Good organisational and time management skills
" Strong attention to detail and accuracy
" Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
" Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
" Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Desirable
" Experience working within financial services or a regulated environment
" Knowledge of relevant financial services regulation
" Experience using Salesforce or similar client management systems
