This is a great opportunity for an experienced Telephone Account Manager who enjoys a variation of task's and different challenges daily.

The starting salary for this role will be from £23,500 and will be dependent on experience.
You will be working with the Sales Operations Manager, maintaining and identifying your own customer portfolio by defining action plans for customer needs, market share, profitability and potential.
This role doesn't have any direct reports; however, you will work very closely with the Sales Advisors.
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual who thrives on working collaboratively to meet deadlines.
You will need to be able to lead negotiations with potential and existing customers to determine price structures, contract terms and payment conditions.
You will also have a good understanding of how to identify customer base and marketplace - competitors, suppliers and customer activity/trends.
You will need to be PC literate and have extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Power Point would be Advantageous.
The ability to manage and prioritise workload and have strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
This role will suit a confident, well-organised individual with a good eye for spotting new opportunities and who enjoys engaging with new and existing customers.
Ability to quickly build customer rapport and easily establish relationships with customers.
Relates well to different types of customer, listens and gets on with them.
Able to focus upon customer service and profitability with a pro-active selling approach Key responsibilities for this role; Deliver against sales targets and support year on year growth.
Be a strong and creative solutions sales professional, adding value to our customers.
Show previous experience of building strong relationships, negotiation and influencing skills.
Secure new business directly and through the support of the team.
Manage customer portfolio margin.
Have good self-management, including delivering against deadlines and undertaking high quality administrative processes.
Previous experience of outbound telesales in a business to business environment with ability to cold call companies and generate new business effectively.
