About the Opportunity:
We're supporting a leading main contractor on a high-profile, multi-storey apartment scheme in central Liverpool. As part of the delivery team, they're looking to appoint an Assistant Façade Manager to support the coordination and quality assurance of external envelope works on this landmark project.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to grow their career on a prestigious scheme with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Façade Manager in overseeing all external envelope works, including cladding, glazing, brickwork, and roofing.

* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

* Monitor quality and compliance with design drawings and technical standards.

* Support with inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.

* Liaise with site management, design teams, and suppliers to resolve technical queries.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a site-based role involving façade or external envelope packages.

* Strong understanding of façade systems and installation processes.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* CSCS card required; SSSTS or SMSTS desirable.

* Eager to learn and progress within a supportive team environment.
