This well-established MEP contractor continues to expand its design function due to increased project demand and a strong pipeline of secured work. Delivering across premium residential developments and large-scale commercial fit-outs, they have built a reputation for quality, delivery and client relationships. With continued growth planned, they are now looking for a Design Manager to lead the team, support delivery and play a key role in shaping the future of the department.

Your Role as a Design Manager will include:
* Managing and overseeing internal and external design teams
* Leading design coordination across multiple MEP projects
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Attending site visits and ensuring designs align with project delivery
* Driving standards, performance and consistency across the design function

The successful Design Manager will have:
* Proven experience in a Design Manager or senior design leadership role
* Strong background within MEP / Building Services
* Experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects
* Confident client-facing and communication skills
* Ability to lead, delegate and oversee design delivery effectively
