This role is best suited to someone who is naturally organised and a keen planner with excellent interpersonal skills. WHAT YOU WILL DO As the Admin Coordinator you will provide administrative support to a team of contractors and the Head of Delivery.
  • Speaking with contractors to allocate national jobs to them
  • Building contractor teams for works 
  • Booking hotels 
  • Proofreading documents 
  • Miscellaneous admin 
WHO YOU ARE As the Administrative Coordinator you will need to be a proactive, independent thinker who can use their initiative to complete tasks. You must be able to react quickly and solve problems effectively and efficiently when they arise.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an admin role is required
  • Degree level education achieved
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Enthusiastic and a confident people person
