Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Package

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP CAD/Revit Co-ordinator to join a leading M&E contractor with an annual turnover of £50m, specialising in high-quality residential projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of developments-ranging up to £20m M&E value-this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing business with a reputation for delivering excellence.

As the MEP CAD/Revit Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of residential M&E schemes. Working closely with the in-house engineering team, project managers, and external consultants, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed 2D/3D models and ensuring design information is accurate, clash-free, and fully aligned with project requirements.

• Produce detailed MEP models and coordinated drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

• Manage and update model information throughout the project lifecycle

• Work collaboratively with design engineers, BIM teams, and site teams

• Ensure drawings adhere to company and industry standards

• Support clash detection and coordination meetings

• Assist in maintaining project documentation and drawing registers

• Strong experience working as a CAD/Revit Co-ordinator within the residential MEP sector (essential)

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building services

• Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• £50,000-£60,000 salary + competitive package
