Warehouse Manager / Team Leader - CV6 Area

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager / Team Leader to join a busy operation in the CV6 area on a permanent basis.

Key Details:

• Location: CV6
• Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (flexibility available)
• Pay Rate: £16 per hour

• Contract: Permanent

The Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily warehouse activities (goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Maintaining accurate stock levels using WMS systems
• Leading, supervising, and motivating the warehouse team
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Coordinating logistics and deliveries
• Monitoring performance and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Manager / Team Leader role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
• Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach
