Talent Development Consultant 

£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus. 

London - City based 

A large Financial Services organisation in the heart of the city are seeking a new Talent Development Consultant to join their amazing team and support Talent, Learning and Leadership initiatives for the organisation. 

Role responsibilities: 

• As part of the Talent & Learning team, you will support the business with development initiatives including design & delivery of training and leadership development. 
• Help analyse specific development needs across the organisation and create tailored learning solutions. 
• Manage L&D and Talent projects. 
• Contribute and help deliver the overall Talent strategy. 
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and network. 
• Report into the Group Talent Director. 

Background/Experience required: 

• A strong background with Learning, Talent & Leadership ideally within financial or professional services. 
• Strong design and facilitation experience. 
• Hands on approach and happy to get stuck in. 
• Excellent communicator and can build relationships at all levels. 
• Credible, articulate and commercial.
• Big picture thinker
