Shift Leader

This is a rotating four on four off shift position for two Shift Leaders in a busy modern commercial office near to Liverpool Street Station, with a very high basic salary, lots of overtime opportunity and great stability for the future; you will be joining a brand new maintenance contract with a service provider who has been awarded a seven year initial contract.

In this role as Shift Leader you will be joining one of the most successful relatively new maintenance service providers in London

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader

* Planned Preventative Maintenance of all HVAC plant

* Cyclical running changeover of Mechanical related equipment

* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld

* Attending to breakdowns and failure of Mechanical ancillary kit

* Representing the engineering team in client meetings

About You as a Shift Leader

* Qualified Engineer with certificates, ideally apprentice trained

* Mechanical bias or Electrical with Multi-Skilled

* Steady and progressive work history

* Experienced in large scale building services applications

* Desire to progress in your career

This is a very busy office, there is large resident engineering team with full management backup and administrative support. There is also a small army of visiting specialist sub-contractors that will need managing and support from specialist mobile services.
