IT Support Officer needed in Rochford Paying  £15.99 per hr ref 22402

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Provide first-line technical support via the Service Desk, offering excellent customer service
• Log, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently
• Escalate complex issues to Technical Analysts where appropriate
• Carry out hardware commissioning and decommissioning (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
• Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, and related applications
• Assist with the setup of user accounts, equipment, and system access
• Maintain accurate records in line with ITIL-based service management processes
• Support the delivery of Digital, Data and Technology services across the organisation
