Site Manager (Schools)

Impact resourcing currently requires a Site Manager to look after a school refurb project in the Oldham area

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of subcontractors

* Make sure permits and paperwork are in in order

* Deal with client facing tasks such as meetings and reports

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge and experience of Managing contractors on school refurb projects

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Fire Marshall

* CSCS
