Your Role as Fabric Technician Will Include:

Carrying out general estate maintenance and repairs

Carpentry, decorating, and finishing tasks to a high standard

Assisting with ad-hoc repair and property upkeep duties

*

Ensuring excellent customer service to residents and management

What We're Looking For:

A recognised qualification in Carpentry or Decorating (or equivalent)

*

Previous experience as a Fabric Technician, Handyman, or in property maintenance

*

Strong all-round repair and maintenance skills

*

Attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills
