We are seeking a Leader of Special Educational Needs (SEN) for our client which will be a hybrid role working Monday to Friday across a 37 hour working week.You will already have worked in a similar role or it could be career progression following previous successful strategic leadership and operational management in a SEN education setting.Key responsbilities include:Strategic LeadershipOperational management Representation at meetingsStaff developmentWorking across various organisations and departmentsKey skills:Excellent communication both verbal and writtenExtensive, knowledge and understanding of Special Education Needs in EducationComplete and through knowledge and understanding of EHCNS'sPassion for improving outcomes for children and young people with SENDThis role will require the selected candidate to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check and outstanding references that align with the key responsibilities and skill set for this position.
