About the Role

You'll be the face of the business for customers, installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial coffee equipment across a wide portfolio of sites. Your role will involve a blend of scheduled maintenance and urgent call-outs for breakdowns.

What You'll Do

Attend planned and reactive service visits

Fault-find and repair coffee machines efficiently and safely

Ensure compliance with safety and legislative standards

Maintain stock levels using a streamlined parts replenishment system

Deliver excellent customer service on every visit

What We're Looking For

Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge

Experience in a customer-facing technical service role (field-based experience preferred)

Ability to read technical diagrams/manuals

City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or hands-on equivalent experience)

Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical mindset

Full UK driving licence
