Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of all phases of the £110m framework
* Oversee programme and delivery for six integrated building projects under one masterplan
* Manage key stakeholders including the client, consultants, contractors, and end-users
* Ensure delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards
* Oversee NEC3/4 and JCT contract administration, including change control and compensation events
* Lead risk management, mitigation, and reporting processes
* Uphold compliance with legislation, regulations and health & safety requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale, multi-building construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong working knowledge and experience with NEC3/4 contracts
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with public sector clients and procurement processes desirable
* Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM)
