We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Domiciliary Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals who live in their own homes in Cardiff. Duties

* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing and grooming.

* Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.

* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering positive relationships.

* Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including driving clients to appointments or social activities.

* Administer first aid as needed and monitor clients' health conditions.

* Maintain a clean and organised living space for clients, ensuring their home is comfortable and welcoming.

* Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

* Previous experience in home care, assisted living or senior care is preferred but not essential.

* Knowledge of first aid practices is advantageous.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.

* A valid driving licence and a vehicle is required for transporting clients as needed.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* A caring disposition with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

* Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs.
