• Handling a full range of probate and estate administration matters.
• Drafting wills and LPAs, and dealing with inheritance tax planning.
• Building and maintaining client relationships with a personal, empathetic approach.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in probate and estate administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A team player with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
• STEP qualification or interest in gaining one (desirable but not essential).
