The Company was established seven years ago by two well regarded and highly experienced Directors, who have a loyal and exciting Client base. Services that the business provides are with in building surveying and project management, where they offer the full array of services through the public and private sectors. They have an enviable client base for a specialist business that is testament to how the Directors are regarded. These clients include Blue Chip Companies, Developers, Funds, Institutions, Leisure providers, Housing Associations, London Boroughs and Contractors. With these clients, they help unlock development schemes, achieve maximum value and build cutting edge facilities.
The team is 17 strong, based between three locations, the directors offer an autonomous flexible working arrangement, which enables the team to be highly mobile, working from the head office in the city, clients’ offices, sites or home as required.
The role will see you deliver projects from a few million up to many million, whether the projects be new build, refurbishments, extensions, alterations or cut and carve. You will work very closely with one of the founding Directors in the delivery of the large residential schemes. Once the project has been set up you will take control of the projects reporting back on progress and the Director will join you on all milestone meetings.
You will be a chartered project manager, who has a solid grounding in private practice, ideally you will have been involved in regeneration and residential projects. You will have strong contract administration skills, used to delivering design & build jobs as an employers agent and carrying out a clients project managers role. This role will offer you the ability to deliver significant schemes, grow your experience in a supported manner and expose you to different sectors. It will also allow you to learn from one of most charismatic and highly regarded project managers in the industry.
