Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in a specialist educational setting.

What you’ll do:

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and personal development.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive environment.
• Help students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
