Job Title: Wet Trader - Perm

Location: South London

Pay: Up to £39,000 p/a + overtime available

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Wet Trader to work with their client in and around South London. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

* Plastering

* Rendering

* Patch repairs

* Painting and decorating

* Tiling

* Damp and mould work

Requirements:

* Level 2 NVQ in relevant trade (or equivalent)

* Highly experienced in Wet Trades

* Social housing experience

* Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets

* Full UK Driving Licence
