Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to oversee the external envelope delivery of a £3m new build cladding project in Great Yarmouth. The successful applicant will lead site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure high-quality installation of façade systems within programme and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all on-site activities relating to cladding installation and façade works.

*

Maintain strict adherence to H&S procedures and ensure RAMS compliance.

*

Manage programme, reporting, and progress tracking.

*

Oversee QA documentation, inspections, and testing of materials and installations.

*

Liaise with main contractor, design, and supply chain to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

*

Demonstrable experience managing new build façade or cladding packages.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential.

*

Capable of managing projects £2-5m+.

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills
