Salary: £60000 - £65000/annum plus package

TXM are currently working for a leading M&E company that was formed in 1947 in Shropshire and has remained a privately owned family business ever since. With an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector, we offer a comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenance service across many sectors.

My client requires an Electrical Project Manager to initiate and deliver projects within the Central area.

The role:

The position is site based where you will be required to manage projects of M&E value up to £5million. Project locations are across the region and you will be required to travel to all of these. You will ideally have a background in the electrical/building services industry and significant experience of project supervision and management roles. MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are essential.

Based on site, duties will include:

* Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain, and the delivery of my clients teams and management.

* Health & Safety management with support from DG QHSE manager

* Attending internal CVR/progress meetings

* Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.

* Specification and ordering of materials.

* Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.

* Management and briefing of installation personnel.

* Resolving installation and access issues.

* Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.

* Programme and project planning
