Salary: £14.00 - £15.00/hour

A strong Administrator needed for an immediate start to work for a reputable housing contractor in Stevenage.

It is a temp to perm assignment for an industry's leading social housing contractor, you will be based in the office assisting the team with all the incoming calls, dealing with queries and taking messages and passing them onto a correct team /department. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience working in a call centre
- Strong knowledge of MS packages Word and Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Used to working with data and in a fast paced role.

- Previously worked in social housing would be desirable.
