Position Description Summary:
Researches and achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
Use traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques to attract and evaluate warehousing associates and managers
Build applicant talent pipeline by researching and contacting community services, Universities and Colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; evaluation assessments, verifying references; comparing qualifications and competencies to job requirements.
Take initiative to consult with hiring manager to understand the required skills, competencies, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company's initiatives and strategy
Provide outstanding internal and external service, negotiation and closing skills.
Update, advise and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules with applicants.
Coordinate pre-employment testing for all candidates considered upon job offer
Create a positive candidate experience from beginning to end

Assignment Complexity - Prioritize high-level projects with excellent attention to detail. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Act as an advisor to upper management to address personnel and workplace planning objectives. Develop and administer the scheduling and administrative aspect of the recruiting process.
Accountability Consults, influences, and advises with senior leadership.
Impact of Decisions: Decisions affect the long-term success of the company.
Working Relationships Frequently interact with senior leadership and upper-level management as well as with peers and hired personnel.
Achieves goals in accordance with established policies. Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
Knowledge and Skills: (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. A high level of computer expertise is essential. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or another related discipline preferred. Generally prefer 1+ years of recruiting. Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen required.
What you need to bring to the table:
1-3 years or Recruiting Experience, preferrably within a high-volume, blue-collar environment
Excellent Job Longevity
Some knowledge of the Logisitcs Industry
Inside sales or coordinator experience
