Site Manager - Ground Mount Solar PV

• Annual Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + car allowance
• Location: Teesside
• Job Type: Contract

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead large-scale ground mount solar PV installations ranging from 200kWp to 60MWp.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in solar PV, comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and a proven track record in managing quality systems, contractors, and Health & Safety compliance.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the setup and daily operations of the site.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company quality standards.
• Manage contractors, logistics, and site safety effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV.
• SMSTS certification, First Aid, and Fire Warden training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and quality systems.
